I had the pleasure of speaking with the Central Illinois Association of Law Enforcement Executives this week. We must continue supporting our local law enforcement agencies and remembering the challenges they face due to current public policies.
This organization is comprised of local police chiefs. They all share the same purpose of having the desire to foster a true spirit of cooperation within all law enforcement agencies. Their mission is to offer valuable solutions and resources to all agencies. They promote professionalism in police departments, community interest in law enforcement, and developing strong training programs for law enforcement officers.

They certainly have challenges they are adapting to while maintaining their oath to protect and serve the residents of Illinois. They need community support as they navigate through current public policies that effect their responsibilities.”
