Rep. Mike Coffey Celebrates Opening of Scheels Sports Park at Legacy Pointe
Springfield, IL…The community came together to celebrate the grand opening of Scheels Sports Park at Legacy Pointe in Springfield. The ribbon-cutting marks the realization of a major vision for the 95th District and the State of Illinois. State Representative Mike Coffey (R-Springfield) released the following on the significance of this transformative investment:

Scheels Sports Park is home to the largest air-supported sports dome in the world, along with a wide range of outdoor facilities for athletes. This complex is expected to serve as a year-round hub for athletics, entertainment, and community engagement.
