I filed House Bill 4952 in continued support of disabled veterans in the 95th District and across Illinois. This legislation will expand relief to the men and women who served our country and remain physically and mentally disabled due to their time in service.
This bill is important to me because I believe more veterans with service-connected disabilities should be eligible for homestead exemptions.
One of my top priorities is to ensure we are working to improve the quality of life for our veterans and to acknowledge their significant contributions to the State of Illinois.
If you are a Veteran and would like to share your experiences with House Republican lawmakers so they can improve Veteran services in Illinois, we ask that you take this brief survey to let them know what’s working and what’s not.
